    Other way:
    1. Export table from Access to plain text fail
    2. Use sql loader - sqlldr to insert data into oracle

    If more Questions pls ask

    hai all,
    thanks for the quick responce.

I would also like to know whether is it possible to generate the script for a table and its data as we do in toad .

or I will have to type all the table generation script to create the correct table sturcture in oracle DAtabase.

    thanks

    use odbc of d2k
    create odbc driver
(control panel->select odbc->user dsn->add->visual foxpro vfp diver->choose free table directory and give path of directory where fox pro dbf file exist
    OK
    run developer sql
    sql>a/a@odbc:<<driver_name that u r create>
a/a is a user name and password u will give any character in palce of this
like suppose drv_fox is a driver name that u create
    sql>u/p@odbc:drv_fox

    connected
    u r connected with foxpro
now u will copy foxpro table to oracle database
    by copy command
    check syntax
    sql>copy

    bye

    NO PROBLEM APPLY SAME PROCEDURE
AND CHOOSE ODBC DRIVER OF ACCESS IN PLACE OF FOX PRO
