    Unanswered: Passing a Query Result between pages

    Is it do this? For example:
    Code:
    $qry_string = "SELECT * FROM my_table";
    $rslt = mysql_query($qry_string) or die ("I'm dead");
    I'd like to pass $rslt to a different php page. Right now I'm passing $qry_string as a GET variable, and then re-running the query on the new page.

    Providing the data returned from your query is pure text then it should be possible. You could convert the data into a csv string and pass that across.

    store result as an array and SESSIONize it for the next script...

    now if you are returning a gigantic result, that might pose some problems...

    just curious why would you need this? cant your current script process the data?
