Unhappy Unanswered: Please Help with Web browser error SQL error Shared Memory error

We are running Sql 2000 we have a system DSN on a Web DMZ server for the db inside the firewall. We have a web site that gets forwarded per a shopping cart to our server. Upon completion of the order it should forward the user to a Startord.asp page instead we get this error messages please help me

The internal message within the network was GetAgent which was the ship to page but with a Shared memory error in pipes. The first error was Named Pipes which we fixed with installing Client tools from Sql 2000. Now we have the error above. Any help much appreicated.

    Thanks
    Michael

What is the default netlib used between the servers/machines?

Make sure to check with TCP/IP as default net-lib and specify the settings from Client network Utility. And make sure the default port or defined port is OPEN from firewall settings too.

And if you're accessing from the client machine make sure to have latest MDAC installed with SP upto date.
