    Unanswered: Simple newbie help please!

    I'm not sure if this is in the right place but i need urgent help please.

    Heres a pic of the relationships...

    What i want is a mail merge basically but i'm not sure how to go about it and how to set up the relationships!

    I want the Typed Letters to be merged with the Subscribers Details from Title to Post Code so the address is included.

    If i can get this sorted i should be able to try the fully automated version on my own.

    I'm doomed if i can't get this done today, so thank alot for any input or advise!

    Here is a clearer example that i can apply to my current situation...

    Say i wanted a system that made notes with the Name and Desk of a worker with some information on it.

    Each piece of information should go to all employees

    Here is what iv'e got so far:

    Where do i go from here?

    This query will return all the info for all names (21 records):

    SELECT [Name and Desk].[Name], [Name and Desk].[Desk], [Info].[Info] FROM [Info], [Name and Desk]
