    Hi Mark,

    Hings is right, there isn't a specific sys table/view for it but you can implement your own.

    Search for utlpwdmg.sql in your Oracle home directory, scroll to the bottom and it should point you in the right direction.

    The table contain this info is called SYS.USER$
    and the column is called 'ptime'
