I will take a look at your example, but I already have a remark.
You use a table tbl_Contractor (ContractorID, Contractor) and a table tbl_ServiceType (ServiceID, Service).
So far it looks good to me.
But your other table tbl_ContractService contains 3 fields (ContractService, ContractorID, ServiceID).
It looks to me you should use the ContractorID and the ServiceID instead of the names.

For example your first record is :
    1, GECC, Service Package
    and it should be :
    1,1,5

The content of your Service combobox is based upon a query.
The result gives you 2 columns (ServiceID, ContractorID)

In the properties of the combobox you put number of columns = 2 and the columnwidths = 0cm;3cm
I think the first column should be 3cm and the second 0cm.
In your query you also should change ServiceID to Service so the combobox shows the names of the services instead of the ID
