Hi all, i have noticed this problem. I developed a java application on AIX that connects to a DB2 OS/390 v.5, via DB2 connect and JDBC. This DB2 has on DSNZPARM the parameter DECIMAL=PERIOD. Now, the same application must go on another DB2 OS/390 v7, that has DECIMAL=COMMA. In this environment, i get the error in written the subject, because my numeric values (i.e. ,111111111,) are not correctly detected in the SQL statements; obviously, i did some tests with QMF, and they work fine if i modify the numeric values as , 11111111 ,. The problem is that i do not want modify my application! Please, do you tell me how i can solve this kind of problems without modify the applications?
Thanks in advance.

Marco
