Question Unanswered: NETTYPE connection not enough...

    Dear All,
    Good afternoon!
DB IDS is 7.30.UC2. NETTYPE set to
    NETTYPE ipcshm,1,300,CPU
    NETTYPE tlitcp,2,70,NET

The problem is when the ipcshm connection > about 310,
the 25588 error happens. So I define some users to use tlitcp connection. But when the tlitcp connection > about 90. the message apper ¡£listener-thread: err = -27001: oserr = 0: errstr = : Read error occurr
    ed during connection attempt.¡¤

How can I to do the best define? Thanks in advance.

I assume you have only one CPU?

In this case you can define only one poll thread for the ipcshm connection. I assume this is the main connection.

If you keep experiencing this problem, either use MaxConnect or plug in a secon CPU. Define it in the $ONCONFIg and set ipcshm to 2,500,CPU
