Post Unanswered: Lines missing on Reports Published in Word (NO graphics involved)

I have seen a number of postings concerning using Publish It in Word from Access with issues about grahpics and text.

I have a similar problem but it just involves text, with occasional last lines of text missing from a field.

The problem is occasional, perhaps once or twice on a report containing one or two pages. No graphics are involved in the report or on the word document, just text.

The print preview in Access shows the document correctly, it is when it is published as an rtf file in word the problem occurs.

Using Access 2002 and Word 2002 (XP)

    Any thoughts would be welcome.

    Thanks for the response.

I don't have any graphics in the report. The problem is purely with occasional lines of text that are missing.
