Unanswered: VB.Net - No Masked Edit Control

I'm new to VB.Net and Visual Studio.Net. I want to use a Masked Edit control but I can't find one in my toolbox. I have found a file for it. I just don't know how to get it into the toolbox.

    Thanks in advance!

The maked Edit control was not a standard VB6 Control either but a ActiveX Control.

This means that you just need to reference it in your VB.Net Project and you will be able to use it, as in VB6

In VS.NET Right-click on your toolbox and click customize Toolbox.

A new window opens. In the COM Components Tab Scroll down to Microsoft Masked Edit Control. Check the checkbox and click Ok. The Masked Edit control will now be available.

    Thanks

Myself, my head, and the wall I have been banging it on all thank you very much.

And I will still blame Microsoft.
