Btw what i mean with cheat is a lot of cheats of 1 game in 1 textfile sometimes its a few lines but sometimes its almost a page
You might be better off avoiding the DBMS altogether and using text files. Think about it: if something goes wrong with your code you'll have to spend fifteen minutes trying to come up with a SQL query to find the bug. If a text file screws up, you can just open it in an editor.
Performance-wise... don't sweat it. Even if you use the most inefficient processing you'll still have to have thousands of records before the page takes more than a second to load.
IMHO, what you're doing is a terrible way to learn about DBMS's, but it's a pretty good way to learn the basics of how files and input and output work. Starting with a DBMS is (almost literally) like trying to learn set theory without understanding arithmetic.
