    Unanswered: Formatted text into SQL Server

    1. How can insert a formatted text (bold, italic, images, tables, etc) into MS SQL using ASP 3.0?

    2. Are there any free components to use to do that with ASP 3.0?

    From what????

    Be specific?

    You could just execute the following SQL to get bold text into the database
    Code:
    insert into x (y) values('hello <b>this is bold</b>');
    Did you want to store images physically or just links?

    This question is SO unclear and general.

    well .....

    ok....

    I want to give the user a text box to add formatted text including formatted text options (bold, itallic, etc) just like hotmail message box and also (if possible) I need to add images and tables so that I don't need to code every thing and just save that text as it isto SQL Server.

    look for a plugin for dreamweaver MX on http://www.dmxzone.com called pdhtmleditor or something similar.

    It does everything you require but is IE only. If you want a cross platform one, you will have to code it your self, probably in Java/Javascript.
