    Unanswered: Access qry

    I am trying to find a way to query a string field for apostrophes.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Provided Answers: 5
    if i have a record that has a firstname of:

    d'al and i want to query for that it would like this in my criteria grid

    Like "d" & "'*"

    this translates to starting with "d" and all records that have an apostrophe after "d"

    retuning d'al

    here is one Simple Example ........Check Out the Attachment ..its in Vb 6.0
