Unanswered: DSN less connection to Oracle

Ok, just fishing for an answer. I'm tired of setting up local connections on PC's to use Access queries. A couple of the problems are users who do not have a local odbc for the datasource and those which may have the datasouse, but have it qualified differently (pointing to a different crossreference in the Oracle onames$ files). This then nessesitates that clients machine to delete the table links and relink using link tables.

Is there a way to link tables into Access without being dependent on the clients odbc connection; therefore, making the set of queries in that mdb transplanabe to any client?

    Thanks in advance. . .

Did you find a resolution to this? I am looking at the same issue here.
