    Unhappy Unanswered: REORGCHK output

Yes - I'm a dufus..... Can someone please help me understand exactly what this REORGCHK output means?

    My guess:
    F1 - Extents allocated due to out-of-primary-space?
F2 - Primary Space allocation used?
    F3 - % of used space?

    THANKS!
    Rick
