Dear Friends,
Every month i fill in Bubble(Scantron) reports.The bubble forms is almost same as the answer sheets that we use when we take the Exams at the university,we fill(blacken)the appropriate cirlcles and then a machine scans these sheets.
I have the Bubble form in a PDF format.I want to create a database where i can store all my data for the month(This part is easy for me) and then when i generate my report i want Access to fill in the Bubble report with the data that i provided.
I would like to know if any one has come across such a situation and can guide me in the right direction.
