Wink Unanswered: Moving from Outlook Form to Access

I am looking to pull fields from a custom outlook form over into an Access 2K database.

I can easily pull system defined fields (i.e., Sent, To, From, etc), but can't figure out how to pull user-defined fields ('CUSTOM OUTLOOK FIELD]).

    Help...

    TIA

    Hirk

    SAMPLE OF CODE
    Set rst2 = dbs.OpenRecordset("tblBeingUsed")

    With rst2
    .AddNew
![E-MailID] = strEmailID 'Sets ID field for secondary table
    !DatabaseField= [CUSTOM OUTLOOK FIELD]
    .Update
    End With

    Custom Fields

Custom fields in OL are referenced as follows

    Item.UserProperties("CustomFieldName").Value

where Item is the OL item in question

www.slipstick.com is a very good resource for this sort of thing (I am not in any way associated with them, just found them very helpful in the past)

    Thanks HTH..

    That did the trick...

I was declaring the item as 'itm' so it wasn't working properly. Seeing your statement pointed it out!

    Thanks again,

    Hirk
