Unanswered: Statement is too long or too complex in triggers

I have problems with UPDATE and INSERT statements in triggers. When i write about 8 UPDATE, DELETE or INSERT statements, i get message that statement is too long or too complex. I used to chaneg propetries for stmtheap. At first there was 4000 K (for about 8 stat.) and i manage to write more. But it's like for each next statement additional 4000 K.
    Do you have any suggestion?

    Hi,

I have had some SQL in Data warehouse environment witch run for 15 hours and get the message of "too complex SQL", similar to your message.

I rewrite the SQL and the result was 2 minutes.

My suggestion: look of sintax of SQL.

Could you be so kind and send the SQLs you are trying to execute.

    Hope this helps,
    Grofaty

You may want to look at the size of the following parm.

STMTHEAP if its set too low it may cause your problem. You may also want to look at the following parms.

    Application Control Heap Size -app_ctl_heap_sz
