Is anybody out there using DB2 Audit as a tool for recording access to specific privacy related information (specific views and/or columns) within their database? Or has anyone tried using it for this kind of privacy auditing?

If not, has anyone out there collected and retained alot of audit data using DB2 Audit?

If you're one of the above, how have you managed to minimize the performance impact, if any, from the activation of audit logging? In other words, do any of you have good or bad stories to tell about using DB2 Audit?

Thanks in advance.
Rick.
