    Unanswered: code help

Is there a way to setup a button on a form that when clicked will allow you to browse to a default folder, then when a particular document is selected in that folder, it will move(cut and paste) the document to a new path with a folder name based on the record you're on in that database form?

I have a high speed scanner that will scan in documents and save them as a pdf only in one particular folder on our server. From Access I want the users to be able to first select a record then click on a button, select a particular document(maybe even preview it first) that was scanned in then have it saved to a different folder name based on the record that's open in my database.

    Does this make sense?

I've solved 99% of this problem of mine. If someone needs a sample database that would do this let me know.

The solution I found copies the document using the "FileCopy" statement. Is there something similar like "FileMove", so that the document would be moved and not just copied?
