Post Unanswered: rounding decimal value to the highest 10

    Hi All,

I want to round of the decimal value to the highest 10.

    For eg.

If the value is 44.33 the result should be 44.40
If the value is 44.37 the result should be 44.40
If the value is 44.53 the result should be 44.60
If the value is 44.57 the result should be 44.60

How do i do this in a query ?

    Thanks in advance,
    Samuel Schwartz

    Hi Samuel,

    Try this...

    select ceil( <n> * 10 )/10 from dual

replacing <n> with your source values
