    Unanswered: SQL-290 tablespace not allowed

We keep getting the infamous SQL-0290 error message tablespace access is not allowed when our DB2 UDB stored procedures run. We check the tablespace states and none are locked in an abnormal state. Any possible explanation for why we keep getting these errrors?

    no errors shown

here is the odd thing, when I do a db2 list tablespaces show detail
command output usually with SQL 290 you have tablespace locked in load pending or backup pending mode. Nothing was found this time.

Is it possible that there are multiple tables in the same tablespace and both are being loaded concurrently?

    event monitoring

Possible. I need to monitor these tables while loads occur to be sure.
