    Unanswered: System objects and permissions

    Hi,
I'm trying to set up roles in my SQL Server Database.
When assigning permissions there were some system tables like "dtproperties" or stored procedures like "dt_CheckOutObjects".
I was wondering if I should give my users permissions to these objects?
