    1st... You have to have Oracle installed on the other pc...

    The best way to make a copy of an Oracle Database is by using the
    export/import utility...

    If you have the same directory structures on both PC's then a full
    export/import is the best ... Ensure that the directories where Oracle
    resides now, exists on the new machine BEFORE doing the import ...

    ie:
    old machine: c:\oracle\oradata\data

    new machine: the above directory MUST exists to let the import build
    the entire database.

    You should create you an instance on the new pc first.
    export the data second with full=Y
    import the data third

    To export only a table ...

    exp username/password@service tables=(tablename) file=c:\...\a.exp
