Unanswered: application objects backup in db2 8.1

    hi
how do i backup application objects backup in db2 8.1?
Like user defined fucntions, packages ,stored procedures etc.

I used db2look & db2move command to backup entire db, but it ignores
user defined fucntions, packages ,stored procedures etc.

(backup from Windows 2000 and restore it on linux)

    Thanks

I haven't worked on 8 but can't u use the control center, backup option or even the backup command in command lline.

Restoration is fine aslong as u have a valid backup and logfiles.

    hi
iam restoring data from windows 2000 to Linux . I think only option is db2look & db2move . it will export db2 data, tables ,index etc not packages , user defined functions....

Is there any mechanism available to export the packages , user defined functions etc available in database (all schemas)

    Thanks
    Sarov
