    Arrow Exp/Imp Tables from Database

    Hi,
The steps to export and import tables from the database are in steps.
    1. Export the tables
    exp / file=filename.exp tables=tablespace.table1 .... buffer=16000000
    2. Compress the export file, and scp the file to the other DB server.
    3. Import the tables
    imp / file=filename.exp fromuser=userid touser=userid ignore=y indexes=n buffer=16000000

    It should do your job.
    Thanx and Regards

export allows you to export the entire database, one or more schemas or one or more tables. In the 'conversational' mode you just specify 'U' for user when prompted and then supply the schema names that you want. In command line or parameter file mode you specify 'owner=(user1,user2,etc)'.
