    Unanswered: Oracle to MySQL conversion

    Hi

I have DDL in Oracle which has around 100 tables and it has Primary / Foreign key constraints, unique indexes, and so on. Is there any tool or utility which will convert this script file to MySQL compaitable ?

    Thanks

i suggest using a data-modelling tool like ERWIN (or other comparable tools) for example:
    (1) RE-engineer the scriptfile into a model
    (2) forwar-engineer / generate the model to mySQL.

    hello,

    You can try our tools:
ImportER Scripts to import the DDL into DeZign for Databases.

DeZign for Databases to modify your data model and generate your database (mysql, oracle, interbase, ... etc are supported).
