    Unanswered: exp from oracle9i 9.2.0.1.0, imp to oracle9i 9.0.1.1.1

    hi,all! I exp a table from Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.1.0, then imp the table to Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.0.1.1.1,but it returns the following error

    IMP-00003: ORACLE 922
    ORA-00922: ȱٻЧѡ
    ɹֹ룬־档

    how can I resolve it?

    This does not have anything to do with 9.0.2 and 9.0.1,if i am correct.

    Either check whether u used the correct options for the exp command.

    Also check whether the table columns are defined correctly as defining Not Null if column cannot contain nukk values.Specifying a maximum length on a DATE or LONG datatype also causes this error.

    Correct the syntax. Remove the erroneous option or length specification from the column or storage specification.

    Arrow Corrupt EXP file

    Hi
    It seems like export file is somewhat corrupt.
    Did u transfer the export file to some other server. If yes, could you confirm if the transfer happened in binary mode. That is first possibility.

    yup, looks like it was transferred in ASCII instead on Binary.
