    Hi,

    I am getting following error after installing gcc and during setting db2set for the following.

    db2set "DB2_SQLROUTINE_COMPILE_COMMAND=gcc -I/home/db2inst1/sqllib/include SQLROUTINE_FILENAME.c -shared -o SQLROUTINE_FILENAME -L/home/db2inst1/sqllib/lib -ldb2"

    the error thrown is

    SQL3260N An unexpected error occurred when accessing the LDAP directory. Error
    code = "188".

    Env Details.

    DB28.1+fixpack2 on AIX 5.2

    Any Help on this is appreciated.

    Sridharan ,

    What is the output of db2set -all ...

    Disable LDAP Related Parms in the list (assuming you are not using them)

    Cheers
