Unanswered: UDB analog for heterogeneous services

    Hi,

Does UDB have something similar to Oracle's heterogeneous services or MS SQL's openquery ?

I need to access foreign table from UDB - let's say, I have to store the result of join of tables A and B in the table C, while A and C reside on UDB and B resides on, let's say, MS Access ?

    Thanks

Re: UDB analog for heterogeneous services

You are talking about Federated Databases , I assume

Please search this forum and your IBM manuals for the word 'federated'
