    Check your sqlnet.ora file at
    <ORACLE_HOME>\ora81\network\admin\sqlnet.ora

    It should contain

    # SQLNET.ORA Network Configuration File: C:\oracle\ora81\network\admin\sqlnet.ora
    # Generated by Oracle configuration tools.

    SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS)

    NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH= (TNSNAMES, HOSTNAME)

    log on at the at the host level and goto command-line.

    Code:
    bash-2.03$ sqlplus /nolog

    Enter value for db_name: kod1
    Enter value for user_name: sys
    kod1:sys> connect / as sysdba
    Connected.
    kod1:sys> show user
    USER is "SYS"
    kod1:sys>
