    Question Unanswered: Connection pooling

    Hi

I am evaluating Adaptive Server Anywhere for my feature assignment.
I wanted to develop a connection pool in c++ for database connection.
Is there any techniques availables through which I can connect to database.if yes Can you please give me the different ways to do this
through c++ programming. It would be a great help if you give me
some sample code for different techniques.

    Waiting for you reply.

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: Connection pooling

The native interface to ASA is using ODBC, there should be plenty of connection examples to ODBC databases on the net.

Alternatively you can use Open Client. Examples can be found in the Open Client Progammers guide on www.sybase.com/support/manuals
