Exclamation Unanswered: Cannot View MS Access Database Window

I cannot view the Database Windows in MS Access 2002. I need to make changes to some reports and tables but cannot b/c of this issue. The program was made by the former IT guy. The database has not been split. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    try tools/options view tab

check the hidden objects and system objects and see if the objects can then be viewed.

I tried this, but still nothing. Is there a way to keep everyone from getting into Access Database Window when you create a program? This particular program is the only one that is like this. All other Access programs made, I am able to get into the Access Database Window. Thanks for the reply.

There's probably just an autoexec macro that's hiding the DB window when it's opened.

Open Access, then do a file, open... Hold the shift key down when you click on the file name. That will bypass the autoexec and/or the default
form that is displayed on opening.

    Glad to help.

As far as controlling the DB window goes....
When you have your database open (in the db window)
    go to tool | startup
That will bring up a box with some options you can set for when the DB is open, like startup form, show db window, application title,...
