    Unanswered: Question Marks

I am trying to access a microsoft access 2000 database using ASP on IIS6 and Win2k3. In some of the tables in the database there are chinese symbols. When the data is displayed in the brower they are displayed as question marks. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for your advice. However, I introduce a new problem after added 'codepage' option.

Before added 'codepage' option, the Access output characters become question marks '???????' and the chinese characters in static HTML can appear correctly.

After 'codepage' option, the Access output characters show correctly. I can see the chinese characters but the original static HTML text (in Chinese) cannot show correctly.

Are there any suggestions for my scenario?

    try server.urlencode or server.htmlencode.
