Unanswered: How to make an oracle server and DB copy

I've got Win2000 AS + Oracle 8i EE, and 1 instance on it.
I decided to make a copy of oracle server and instance.
So I haven't oracle distribution, I made the following...

    1. Made copy:
    \OraHome
    \Program files\Oracle
    2. Corrected the server name in \OraHome\network\ADMIN
    listener.ora
    tnsnames.ora
    3. Add the subtree in registry:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORACLE
    4. Add an ORA_DBA group and Administrator within
    5. Add paths into PATH
    6. Set up the services:
    OraHomeClientCache
    OraHomeTNSListener
    OracleServiceBD

    The services was started.

    Testing.

    SQL> connect sys/passwd@bd as sysdba
    Connected to an idle instance.
    SQL> startup
LRM-00109: could not open parameter file '%ORACLE_HOME%\DATABASE\INIT%ORACLE_SID%.ORA'
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
    SQL> startup pfile=c:\OraHome\admin\BD\pfile\initbd.ora
ORA-27100: shared memory realm already exists

What else I should to do to get a working instance?
