I am trying to install SQL Server 6.5 on a Win2k Pro machine with a 32Gb hard disk.

I am at the stage in the setup process where it asks you to select the destination for the SQL Server applications, and the size of the master database.

In order for our software to work with SQL Server, the master database must be set to 190Mb. This would normally not be a problem however the available space detected is insufficient (under 25Mb), and I cannot continue the installation.

There is nothing on this machine apart from the operating system itself.

We do a fair few installations of SQL on a week-to-week basis, and I have only seen this happen once or twice over a two year period but unfortunately I cannot recall the fix to this problem.

Can anyone assist me with this ?
