Unanswered: Commit inside Cursor in Stored Procedure?

Can I put a commit inside of a open/close of a cursor so that i can commit after each row fetched, or do I have to put the commit outside of the cursor?

    Thanks!

Yes you can. Be sure to declare the cursor using the WITH HOLD clause
so that the commit does not close the cursor.
