I have a file that has only 3 sheets on it, each sheet has less than a page's worth of information on it.
In this file, there are 3 short macros that access an excel database, sorts it and copies only the required information, which again is less than a page's worth on each sheet.
I consider these macros quite short, only a page of code. Why then, does this excel file end up being 10.3MB? I am concerned because if I move these files to a computer less efficient than mine, what if it takes too long, crashes the computer because well, we all know windows is temperamental.
Can anyone tell me better ways of writing more resource efficient macros? Any tips?
