Question Unanswered: Security, Lock or read only?

Just looking for some ideas how to secure my tables and queries from myself. Because I don't want to delete the wrong thing accidently when modifying.
Or make a copy that will automatically update in a separate folder or have the query auto save separately running a make table query every time it's ran?

Please give me your suggestions, and how can this be done....because I once deleted the whole db at once. How can I lock this also?

    thanks, comf36
