Read up on the KeyPress Event in Access help. This event can be set for a command button and then perhaps you can use the SendKeys function.

Otherwise, it may be simpler to either use two buttons, or one button and ask which report they want (get feedback from msgbox) or one button and have the code look at some determiner on the form and then open the correct report.

create a toggle button, it is a special kind of button that can be pressed or unpressed. then you just run one report when it is pressed and the other when it is not pressed.

Also, do know anything about a run command in windows xp that will allow me send an alert message to someone else on my network?
