    Hi,

    Increase logfilsiz to 2500. You can also increase the secondary and primary log size. But be careful: don't exceed the disk space. See the following formula:

    Formula:
    disk_space_required = logfilsiz * (logprimary + logsecond) * page_size
    disk_space_required = 2500 * (10 + 10) * 4 kB = 200 MB

    Hope this helps,
    Grofaty

    Lightbulb check for the selection of rows.

    Just ensure the dml(insert,update or delete) operations on rows is fitting within the lockfilsiz. for example if u are going to exeute 200,000 of rows of size 200MB and ur logfilsiz is 2000 and logprimary 10 and logsecond 10 = 2000 * 10+10 * 4KB =156 mb APPROX.

    In this case u will get txn log full probs.. do freqent commit else, increase to max of primary+second 256 in DB2 UDB v8.1 depending upon the disk space.
