    Unanswered: schedule a macro

I have created a macro that imports a database from an ODBC source. I want to schedule that macro to run every five minutes so it continually stays updated. How can I do that?

    Thank you

You can run the macro from the On timer event of your form... if you have one that is always open...

Look for timer in the access help.

Thank you. I didn't have a form created before, but I have made a basic one now and see the on timer and interval settings. How can I make this form open automatically and be minimized? Is that possible?

    Thank you

Yes you can. Check in the tools menu-start...

Then go to the onload event and put

    DoCmd.Minimize

    Hope that helps...
