    Unanswered: Consolidate Data

Hi, I have an access file with table "CUSTOMERS" and some data inside. Besides, I have ANOTHER access file with the same table (same structure) but different data. Now..I need to consolidate all the data for this table throgh VBA (Dynamically) ..what is the most easy way to do this???

    Re: Consolidate Data

When you say consolidate do you mean view or store the merged data. Create a union query from the two tables, write this to a table then view this table with grouping (removes all duplicates).

Do your customer tables have the same ID? Make a LEFT and RIGHT OUTER JOIN query to retrieve customers, which are only in one of your tables.
