When using the SQL datediff function to return the number of years between two distant dates I can get the integer value, say 5 for five years. But I've been unable to get a more precise number say 5.25 when using datediff on say 10/01/1998 and 01/01/2003. Can this be done using datediff? Is there a better way to get the decimal part? Any help would be appreciated.
