    Unanswered: Question about subreports

This may be elementary. I have Two tables, Tasks and subtasks. Each Task has many subtasks so there is a one to many relationship. I want to print out a report of all tasks, whether or not related subtasks exist. How can I do that? Every time I try to make a query or report based on these two tables, it only displays tasks that have related records in subtasks. Help!

Right click on your join between the two tables.

If Access 97 select 2 include all records from Tasks and only records from subtasks that match.

The default is included only records that match.
