I just installed Oracle9i yesterday to my sun sparc ultra 5 box. I have Solaris 9 (SunOS 5.9) installed on the box, and it has total 256m ram and cpu speed is ultraSparc IIi 350, hard disk size is 9G, and still has about 2.5G left in /var/osDBA/oraHome1 directory, where data folder is.
The installation of Oracle went fine without any errors, but when it came to creating the database, I got the following errors:
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgwreset1
ORA-27303: additional information: invalid shared ctx
ORA-27146: post/wait initialization failed
ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:semget failed with status:28
ORA-27301: OS failure message: No space left on device
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: sskgcreats
Does anyone know what's the problem, and how can I go about to fix it?
