I have a report that can be filtered by up to 4 fileds: Name, Sponsor, Media, and Commercial date. The user can filter on just one of the fields or all 4 fileds. If they don't enter data in any of the fields (at least one of the fields must contain data) then it is to be ignored. For example, they enter .... name = Joe Smith and sponsor = Sony then I want to print all records for Joe Smith where the sponsor is Sony. It's dynamic and can change each time the user wants to print the report. I would like to have the filter appear to the user as a popup form that they just fill in the data in the fields they want to match on. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO ACCOMPLISH THIS.
