    Question Unanswered: Form/Subform odd behavior...

    I have a 'MainForm' which uses an unbound field used to lookup values on the subform. This has worked correctly off and on for over a year with a periodic strange problem.

    When I select certain values (it appears to be random) the subform displays the wrong data (or no data at all).

    This has stumped me and I have searched the MS Knowledge Base and newsgroups and have found no specific answers.

    The code is relatively simple:

    Private Sub cmbRMA_AfterUpdate()
    ' Find the record that matches the control.
    Dim rs As Object
    Set rs = Me.Recordset.Clone
    rs.FindFirst "[RMA_Number] = " & Str(Nz(Me![cmbRMA], 0))
    If Not rs.EOF Then Me.Bookmark = rs.Bookmark
    End Sub

    Sometimes when I recreate the unbound control it seems to work agian for awhile. I am using Access 2002 with the latest JET Database upgrade from MS. I routinely companct & Repair. There are approx 15 users logged in at any given time daily and creating quite a little headache!!!

    If anyone has experienced this problem or knows away around it PLEASE HELP !!!

    THANKS!!!

    I thing that the SourceControl of cmbRMA object is change, then you
    must do a Requery of this control when you enter.
    Sorry for my Inglish
