Unanswered: synchronize same database on two computers

I use a database to track service calls in my business.
Depending on where I am when recieving the call the record is created on either my desktop machine or, when I'm in the field, on my notebook machine.
At the end of the day I have new records on each machine but neither has all the new records on it.
How can I get both copies of the database (the desktop and the notebook) updated to contain all the new records on both?
Doing it manually is a pain!
(Windows 2000pro on desktop and Windows XP on notebook)

    Many thanks.

    Export

What type of unique identifier you are using? If it is consistent, then you can do an export and import based on matching. The script won't make it completely automated, but you can do it a lot easier.

    Re: Export

I'm using a phone number field as the unique identifier.
I'm not too savvy with script writing yet but I'll give it a whirl and see what comes up, thanks.
