Unanswered: Access DB - When opening get a 'Not a valid bookmark." error

    Please HELP!

I get a 'Not a valid bookmark." error when trying to open my database. I have a ton of information in this thing and the backup is not anywhere to be found. I don't know what to do???

If it can't be fixed is there anyway to extract and save my data?

Please dear god, tell me yes........

    yeah...i tried that too...no luck.

The file is a back end for a another access app. The file does not have any code or forms in it. The client ftp'ed it to us...is is possible that there was a record locking file open at the time and that is causing the problem?
